The only thing not included will be the fish and coral. All of the rock with encrusted corals are included as well as the rock. I recently purchased the tank, stand, sump, and skimmer from Shaun, aka Ohiostreets. These pieces of equipment are roughly a year old and the tank is in perfect condition. The only reason I'm selling everything is because I am moving AGAIN, and I'm tired of moving tanks. I'm hoping to sell everything at once for a good deal, but if I can't, I'll just suck it up and bring it to the new house.

I also have a bunch of random stuff that will be included like test kits, Hanna po4 tester, feeding tubes, random pumps, extra 120 gallon sump, etc. I also have 2 50g storage tubs full of random stuff. All of this is included.
I'm firm on $2,000 and if I don't get any interest in the next week or two, I'll start the breakdown but won't be separating anything. It either goes as a full system or I just move it to the new house.
I'll get some better photos in the next couple days, I've been neglecting the system since we started moving and haven't changed the skimmer cup in a week or two.
