DIY LED Help please 10w led and buckpucks

I've done the Internet research and seen a few teqniques so would love advice come anyone who has actually done this.

I'm starting a nano tank build and and want to play with 10w LEDs. And rob strips.
All spectrum discussion aside here's the question.

I would like to run 12v in the tank. My circuit should be power buckpucks and led.
By choosing a puck that matches the led current and voltage .

It seems I should be able to use LEDs f various voltages and currents as long as I choose the correct puck. Am I wrong?

Next question. New tank is ten gallon standard. I would like RGB strips and 2 ten watt LEDs. Blue and white. RGB for show ten watt for growth.
Are 2 ten watts enough light for SPS. From the specs it seems they almost should be.
Anyone have experience with even bigger wattages that would work?
