Getting out of hobby sale

I'm looking to sell my tank and everything in it. 10 gallon nano with 5.5 gallon sump built into a wood night stand.

Tons of mushrooms
Xenia
Kenya tree
A little Duncan
A little zoanthid
Lots of star polyps
Some snails, hemit crabs, and a conch named gary.
Lots of live rock
Plenty of live sand
Some misc. Dry goods.

Make me some offers... recognize the tank will be a diy rig. I built the lights, auto top-off and pump controller and unfortunately I just can't sell it with the tank for liability reasons since I made design decisions that aren't exactly "user friendly." You'll get the tank ready to add your own top off system, and heater. I can give you the pump, plus one spare. If you're handy and want to mess with it, I'll include the lights too.

Light hanger isn't much. I built it myself. It's a bent piece of 1/2" EMT (electrical conduit) painted black. I ran the lighting wires through the conduit to keep it looking clean.

I'm not too interested in selling the corals individually. I'd much rather have someone make me an offer to help me tear down and remove the whole tank. I suppose this post could go in the equipment forum or the livestock. I picked livestock.

I have trouble putting a price on it since most of the tank is custom built (by me). How about $220.00 for the whole thing.

All the livestock mentioned plus the drygoods...

Top tank is a 10g clear-for-life modified with an overflow box.
Bottom tank is a 5.5g clear for life modified with baffles, an auto-top-off float switch mount, heater mounts and general sensor mounts.

Includes:

2x Quiet One 1200 pumps (one is new in box)
2x Toms Aqua Lifter pumps (one is new in box)
1x Lifeguard auto feeder
1x spare viaAqua titanium heater (I believe 200W)
1x maxi jet 900 i use for mixing water
1x pico evo 100

Vertex refractometer

Aquarium Pharmasuticals:
Calcium 30% used
kH 40%
PH 20% used
Nitrate 10% used
Ammonia 5% used

Salifert:
Magnesium - maybe 10% used
