Lighting used ,water Parameters, age of tank, flow it is in, how long have you had the coral?
Thank you for your reply I have been using the tank for about 6 months I'm using the aquatic life lights with 3 T5
We would need to know more in order to help you. What are your water parameters at?
The salinity is 1025

Ammonia and nitrate are good

What is "good"
And what is your phosphate at? That's probably the cause, and Goni's are know to be hard to keep, expert corals so they are finiky
well kick your Cal & Alk up since you haven't posted it
Phosphate between 0.5 to 1.0 ca

The Goniopora looks a little bleached, like it is not getting enough light perhaps?
Are you feeding it? (What foods?)
The tank appears to have some algae growing, so I suspect that the nitrates and phosphates are > "low".
Do you clean the sand bed? Do you have a "clean-up crew?"
The good news is that there is still plenty of life left in that coral. If you put some effort into figuring out what is not working you should be able to save it.
Just every week when I change 10% of the water then I dose whatever the directions say
