      Polyps not opening!

So, a couple weeks or so, some of my polyps have been closed up and not opening. They were doing great forever, and now I have NO idea what happened. Everything else in my tank is doing well, including other polyps.

      Tank:
two fudgeray reef LED bars (7000k and 10000k)
      temp 79
      ph 8.0
      amm 0
      nitrite 0
      nitrate 0
      phos 0
      calc 450
      alk 8

(everything tested with API test kits)

Let me know if you anyone needs to see pictures. I even left the lights off for 3 days this weekend to try and kill nuisance algae that might be on it. I've used chemiclean, and stuff. I try to "dust" them off every day with a turkey baster. I am just so confused and no idea.

      Any suggestions? Feedback? Advice? THANKS!!

      Brett

What are you dusting off? Sand? Algae? That may be irritating them... can you stop them from needing to be dusted off? (More flow) Just a stab in the dark with no pics.

Hey guys thanks for the response. Here's some pictures. There's not any brown fungi. There used to be some in my tank, but after I kept the lights off for 3 days it all disappeared. Thanks for the help!

Have you changed your direction of flow?

Ok I'll try changing direction of flow. Will also not try dusting them off or bothering them for a couple days. They aren't super close to anything, and nothing has "moved in" on them recently.
