Where did everyone get those chinese leds... poeple are posting....
EBay and Amazon.
I have 3 for sale
Search for 'reef led' or 'full spectrum led', anything $80-$160 is likely chinese. Most are clones of the same unit. TaoTronics, Aquamana are two examples. Some of the COB('chip-on-board') units are really tempting but seem like they die after six months. Check the amazon reviews for sure. I just picked up one of these, happy so far, been a couple weeks.
Evergrow D120 is basically what all the places are cloning. I saw a lot of vendors at RAP with these lights so they are quite popular. Not bad for the price. Here is a 2-pack on ebay.

Also a lot of places advertise as 165W. That is no where near it's real output. It's closer to 120W. Still not bad for a hundo.
Anybody seen the AI ripoffs for $185? It's a 90w Cree led fixture with three dimming channels (which are on a seperate box like the jebao adjustable pumps) white, blue, and deep or royal blue. Really tempted to give them a try, but really is it worth the price of two of the regular Chinese fixtures?
Still looking for 2 leds for my brand new 55g long reef tank... its still cycling... if you have any for sale... please let me know.....
