I just moved this post from the group buy, so this may look a little familiar. I am going to be placing a large order for a clean up crew and will have a few extra for sale. Below is my pricing. I am guessing this is less than 50% of what the fish stores are charging. I'm not looking to make any money.
Dwarf Ceriths $0.50 each
Nassarius $0.75 each
Florida Ceriths $1.00 each
Small to medium Nerites $1.25 each
Assorted Hermits $1.00 each
The recommended ratio of these is 3:1:1:1:1, respectively. Please use this approximate ratio when placing your order. There are a lot of theories on how many cleaners you need per gallon of tank, so I'm not going to get into that. All I know, is that I need a lot more than what I currently have in my ecosystem. I'm getting a little tired of scraping algae.
To get more info about each cleaner, go to http://www.reefcleaners.org/ They say they are all reef safe.
I am in Rancho Penasquitos, so you would need to come to me to pick up your new crew.
I will place the order on Wednesday 10/29 at noon for Friday 10/31 delivery. You can come by Friday night 10/31 or Saturday 11/1 for pickup. Or even Sunday 11/2, but there may not be many left by Sunday. Please email me in advance what you want, so I can be sure to have enough. If you don't email, then it will be FCFS. Email only.
