      Rodi experts needed!

I setup my old unit and changed all the filters but it is putting out TDs in the 400s. I forgot how to plumb it and I want to know if I did it wrong or what might be the issue? Thanks

The color of the tubes do not matter, as long as they are in the correct spot.

You go through the sediment to the carbon to the membrane to the DI and then you're good

Are you sure you have the TDS meter probes in the right tube? I get 400 to 500 at the the source. What are you reading on the inlet side? It is hard to tell from the pics. but the way its plumbed doesnt look right to me. They all work the same and are all plumbed the same. I would need to have it in front of me to check all your plumbing. Check out this link. https://www.buckeyehydro.com You have a 4 stage just follow their diagram and you should be ok. The red coming out of the RO membrane is your waste. the yellow needs to go into the di after the ro membrane...done. Did your system come with a pressure tank? With the flow restrictors and the shut off valve you have it looks like your unit came with parts to use a pressure tank.

was writing this when the site crashed^^^How do you plan on using this unit? will it be as needed , or will it be hooked up and able to make water all the time? If it is as needed plumbing is very simple. inlet to stage 1, stage 2. from stage 2 to ro membrane. the ro will have a waste and finished water. The finished water will go to the di resin.

I wont be using the unit all the time. I will hook it up to my hose periodically to make water. Right now my 125 is on hold because i cannot make water for it. I bought all new membranes for it and the di went from green to all black so i wonder if it is faulty or something went wrong. I have the hose running into the front of the sediment through the back and into the back of the carbon then through the front of the carbon to the ro membrane on top then out the middle outlet of the ro to the back of the di membrane and out the front of the di for my product and the bottom outlet is my flow restrictor 800 i believe... In the picture there is a while box on the inlet side of the ro membrane and i have no idea what that is so i took it off at first and my tds went up so i put it back on and idk how to plumb it... I am about to give up and purchase a new unit because i spent hours playing with this junk and it is still reading over 400 input and 300 something output. IS THERE ANYONE LOCAL THAT I CAN BRING IT OVER TO HELP ME OUT? haha
      Thanks for the help guys!

I see the flow restrictor laying there, but not connected to the waste line. Are you running it without the restrictor? It needs to be installed to run properly.
Everything else looks right as far as I can tell.

Restrictors are matched to the membranes output(GPD)
