Cyano? Chemiclean lights out then water change. But let the vets tune in. You need to have good water flow and limit over feeding.

I feed once every two days. Have led lights that turn on for only 8 hours a day. Have two pumps and one korlia 425.

It's Cyano. I've been having the same problem. Can't figure out the cause though. Best guess at this point is my wife leaving the kitchen lights on or the blinds covering the sliding glass door. The Chemi Clean will obviously get rid of it but you want to figure out the cause or it'll likely come back. I treated a few weeks ago and it's back again.

How big is your tank? Is it near a window?

Hmm how long have you had the cyano?
Are windows open more often recently?
      What do you feed(type of food/additive drops/etc)?
How often do you do water changes?
      Skimmer being used?
Pumps moving debris off sand bed? Sorry I am no professional by any means but the more info the better and maybe someone has had exact issue and can chime in with experience and resolution.

Is the lights in the kitchen a specific type of light fixture/bulb than provides the cyano with it's growth?

What are you dosing? Be wary of amino acid dosing...

Do the pumps move the debris of the sandbed? Usually settlement of debris benefits the cyano as well as possible light sneaking through the blinds.
Do you clean out your filter/skimmer system often? So many potential reasons.

      Pumps don't move sand

They don't need to move sand but any flakes or food that lands on it should be able to be moved by current.

Ok then what happens to it after that? Do you maintain the sump since its a collection pile for detritus, uneaten food build up in there
