So, my ATO somehow stuck open and a gallon of kalk hit my 10 gal tank! Sh*t! 9.2 pH. Used some carbonated water to drop the pH down to. 8.4. Fish, couple shrimp, most inverts lived. Softies OK, stonies OK except for acros...Garf b, and Ora bonsai may make it along with the green tenius. Other acros having r t n. Very sad day. Thinking a couple gold dust gekos would look nice where the tank is. Saddest part is my rkl could have shut down the doser if I had set an alarm for high pH. Hard lesson learned.
