      Jbj Arctica Chiller Wanted

      Like the title says. I am looking for between a 1/5-1/4 hp. Thank u!

      Please let me know even if it is a smaller hp. My tank is 84 degrees and my tangs have ich now

      I have a 1/10 chiller thats never been used in saltwater

      For a quick fix, I make big ass ice cubes in tuppaware containers. I fill the tuppaware with rodi, put the lid on it, then freeze it. I also freeze water bottles with rodi and then dump the bottle in once frozen. Did this on my 180. Helped keep it below 81. GL.

      Ya I have been using gallon jugs filling with water and freezing and running the ac now. Just trying to cut back on the ac in the house. Thank u

      Try shooting a fan across the top of the tank to get the evaporation going too. Could cut 4-5 degrees off the top.

      This can be done over the sump too. Just be careful... if not setup properly, over time, EVERYTHING can end up coated with salt creep.
