      manjo issues

They are spreading and I am not sure how to stop them. I bought a filefish but he ignores them...any ideas before they take over? TIA! Jeff

pull rocks out and dry, bleach, razor blade,

man i would just NUKE em some how

seen really nice tanks go down because they thought they could battle them from the inside out

Very few fish will actually eat them. It's usually the rare occasion that something gets a taste for them, and then you've got a fish you never want to lose. But I'd do as stated above, get em out, scrape as much of them off as you can (preferably all of it) and then cover it in super glue. You can also get some pickling lime from Walmart for a couple bucks and mix your own death mix and then just "feed" the mix to the majano.

Try the Mrs. Wages Pickling Lime. I can't remember the mix exactly but you can search for it online, I just wanna say its a like 1 part pickling lime and 2 parts tank water mixed together. Then with a syringe, and all the flow turned off in the tank, "feed" the majano the death paste (it'll be a white paste if done correctly), it will take it in and start shriveling up. Once it is dying then suck it up with a turkey baster or siphon tube. Easy peasy.

DO NOT GET THIS PASTE ON ANYTHING YOU WANT TO KEEP, IT WILL KILL IT.

That is where the hammer n chisel or screw driver come in. You can basically frag em off of some rock. Or you can pull the rock, make sure the majano retreats down to whereever it's foot is an then cover it with super glue.

To be sure, but the rock post fragging/glueing in an isolation tank for a couple of weeks to see if anything grows back.

I know you said you tried a file fish but that is what I used to get rid of mine and I had hundreds of them. Maybe you have a different type of file fish or something but the one I had wiped those things out in just a few weeks. I also have a majon wand for sale if your interested in that but other than it being fun zapping them it was just to slow.

i had HORRIBLE mojano issues. I bought a double saddleback bfly, and it ate everything. It also picked on everything else, but it was worth the loss of a few things. now i am mojano clean and am slowly regrowing things he picked on.
