      Apollo Reef LED lights

Just hung up a new sunburst UV 5000 Apollo Reef LED light, dimmable. More expensive than your standard China box, but I'm pretty impressed with the light so far, whites, blues, royal blues, and UV. Even includes moonlights! Quiet fans, nice hanging kit, 3 switches and both channels dimmable. My coral "changed" before my eyes! Hope I don't bleach em with these powerful bridgelux 3W bulbs that supposedly only consume 2W...my tank is used to the 1W LEDs...

Thanks for the write up on the lights I like their lights but was a little skeptical due to the fact that they are more costly than a AI Sol, how due to think that two would do over a 120 tank 4x2x2?

Not sure which model you are looking at that's more expensive than AI Sol. The sunburst that I got is under 300, and the solar blast is ~379. I think two of their units would do for softies/LPS. I use 3 AI Sols over my sps display, and it's only a 90G, but I could get away with two. While I like the apollo I got, I think there might be more options out there with more colors in the 3W boxes than the apollo units have. I'll PM you a link showing what I mean...
