Adding live rock?

Ok this might be a dumb question but i need some help. I just got some rock from a local reefer. About 30 pounds and will add them to my 125 wich already has about 175 lbs of rock. Its was out of the water for only about 30 mins and now its on a tub w saltwater and a powerhead. My question is. The person i got it from already had it in his aquarium.. So cab i just take it out of the bucket and put it in my aquarium without causing a cycle? Or how do i add it. To my system? Thanks

Yes just add it in but it would be better if you leave it over night in a separate bucket with water just in case there's pest in the rock
