FHA first time home now is the time

Hey guys my name is Danny I want to let everyone know if youre planning to buy a house FHA now is the time..there will be a change with the mortgage insurance that will cost 3x more of what u would be paying now..the mortgage insurance will need to be paid with your mortgage for the term of the loan instead of dropping off in 5 years or a gain of atleast 20% in equatiy.
