Live rock and sand

I am going to reduce my tank today .... Have about 100 pounds of live rock looking to cut it in half. Willing to sell the rock for $1.50 a pound. I also have about 40 pounds of live sand. Willing to make a deal for a combo or one or the other. Please let me know. Have a good day.
