You really gotta go.. The store is so nice. It is neat and calming. I could literally just hang out in there watching everything, it's awesome.
Dave and Sara are absolutely awesome. Both very knowledgeable about their 'halves' of the store (so to speak) and incredibly helpful. Every time I go in I have another question for them and they always take all the time they need to make sure I have the best answer and that I understand it.
I bought an RBTA and tomato clown pair from him yesterday afternoon out of the awesome display tank at the front and he ended up having to tear the whole thing apart to get the clown. Despite our repeated apologies for being a PITA, Dave said, "It's not a problem at all" and had a big smile on his face. Customer service doesn't get any better than that.
Keep up the awesome work guys, I'll certainly be back more times in the future :-)
