      RKL Firmware

So I ordered a new itemp probe because I didn't think the other one was good anymore. When I plugged it in the modules didn't appear on the head unit any more. I that a firmware issue?

#2 Can I update my firmware while everything is connected or do I have to disconnect everything and do it one by one?

#3 How do I download the firmware? Via myreef?

      Thanks

If I'm not mistaken you have to update firmware on everything separate connected with Myreef/SID.

JT is correct. Firmware must be updated individually, without the modules connected. The latest firmware will be a part of the myReef 2.0 download from the DA support forum. The iTemp probe will not do anything to effect how the modules show up. If you have an RKL and have the iTemp probe plugged in, I don't know how you could have the SID plugged in at the same time unless you also have a splitter or the RKM-HUB.

Well I purchased a new itemp prob and just swapped out the new for the old, after my rkl head unit wasn't displaying the modules when I was scrolling through them it either said error or none.

Ahhhh good deal. If you have any questions, feel free to ask away. I am a beta tester for DA and know the systems very well.
