IPA (India Pale Ale) Lovers!

Yesterday we finished a growler or Societi Brewing Company's The Apprentice and today we are working on a growler of Ballast Point Double Dorado IPA! What are your favorite IPA's? Here are mine:

-Ballast Point Sculpin IPA
-Ballast Point Dorado Double IPA
-Russian River Pliny the Younger
-Russian River Pliney the Elder
-Societi The Pupil
-Societi The Apprentice
-Stone Ruination
-New Belgium Ranger IPA
-New Belgium Belgo IPA
-Bear Republic Racer 5 IPA

Just starting to appreciate the taste of IPA and Racer 5 was definitely the first one that I enjoyed

Mikkeller Single Hop Nelson Sauvin (haven't had anything I didn't like by Mikkeller yet)
Ballast Point Sculpin and Big Eye

I've tried some others but nothing has stood out

- Coronado Idiot IPA
- Sierra Nevada Torpedo IPA
- Sierra Nevada Hoptimum IPA
- Red Hook Longhammer IPA (a decent priced easy drinking type IPA)

- A Lil Sumpin Sumpin (not an IPA but hoppy so it made the list)

Mikkeller makes amazing IPA's! Got to sample quite a few of theirs at the del mar beer festival 2 years ago.

They sell bottles in certain stores.

That's because pizza port never has the poor man's on tap. Always have to settle for the man baby or whatever It's called. I don't even think that's their brew.

... and anything brewed by Lagunitas, drinking the undercover investigation shutdown ale at the moment!

I've seen Poor Man's IPA on tap a few times at the Pizza Port in Carlsbad. Guess I'll have to check it out again!

Urge Gastropub in Rancho Bernardo has Stone Ruination 10th Anniversary, Double Dry Hopped Sublimely Self Righteous, and Double Dry Hopped IPA. I've had the Double Dry Hopped IPA and it was really good. Think I'll need to go there for a couple beers tomorrow.
