      Green Carpet Anemone ?

      im thinking about getting one, are they hard to care for? will they really eat tank inhabitants?

      They are pretty easy to keep but they could get huge and they are agressive and will sting any coral around it

      And yes they could eat fish also they will move around your tank till it finds a spot he likes so caution with it !!

      thanks for the reply :] my only dilema with getting one is i dont want a big one nor do i want the one i buy to get huge due to space restictions

      Yeah this bad boy will get big..if I was to put one in my tank it would be the first coral I would of put in and wait till he finds his spot then work your way around him. If you realy want it I would keep him away from strong light and sum where in between rock, but they are nice like the green or purple once , once the carpet anemoni finds his spot he wont move around so its up to you nice coral

      yea right now i have a 100 gal tank that has no livestock in it just sand and live rock and i was thinking about building around the carpet but if not i will do a large rbta

      Nice I would go with rbta ...either way looks like you got lots of good space with a 100 g tank

      Yeah- rbta or any color variance is the way to go.... But watch out for powerheads... They will wonder into them.

      i will post pics as soon as i get some livestock in it, yea only powerhead i have is a mp 10 rest of the flow is from the return pump
