thanks!!..you really think its alot?.should I pile it up higher? I actually thought I was a little short on rock..lol
Looking good! I would get the rock away from the glass, so it's easier to clean.
+1 on moving the rock away from the glass. Thats a mistake I made on my first tank and always regretted it. Its nice to have both sides clean and able to view through! I would also take some of the rocks out. Remember when your corals grow out you want ample room for them to expand and grow without being too high to the surface. Thats just my 2 cents though. Looks like a good start though!
Updated pics of my tank...
A shot of my LEDs with a custom mount I made at work. Used stainless welding rod instead of the wire they supplied to make it more rigid.
GSP with the bulldozer!..lol
occs cruising but not hosting by my RBTA..
another shot of the nem...
single head of frogspawn..waiting patiently for it to split
An odd addition to my tank...but I like it alot!..lol
another update with new stuff..frag rack added last night..
nice growth!
thanks fitz!..I just got rid of some blue anthelias..stuff grows like weeds!!
New aquascape..now I have an area for corals that like the sand and won't get buried by a pistol or knocked over by a turbo..
Looks good
Agree like it a lot. That blue stuff did grow like a weed that was crazy. Did you crack the skull yourself or did a rock fall on it?
Thanks fresh!..I actually bought it like that..saw it on the shelf already broken got it for $3..then a rock smashed the top which is now open..I left some blue anthelias in there so it'll grow out the top??..hopefully..my next feat is to control my Xenia growth..
