Brown algae growing in new tank?

Hey guys, i've had my tank for about 3 weeks now. I'm starting to see this weird brown stuff growing on my live rock, there's more growing everyday.I have in the tank are two blue damsels and about 30 pounds of live rock.I've also been puting this stuff called "stability" to cycle the tank. Is this some sort of healthy algae, or somthing i need to take care of?

Totally normal. It's very common to have a diatom bloom between 3-6 weeks after setting up the tank. Let things ride and it should go away on it's own. If you continue to have a problem after week 8 please post again.
