LED LIGHTING, another group buy?! (165watt - 3 color - low cost)

Got the lights today. As you said, we're like kids on Christmas!!! I can't wait to get started. It was great meeting up and doing "business", I appreciate it! Now... water, rock and sand... oh, boy.

Probably this Sunday night 5/6. Same deal as original post. $225.00

However, some of the order will be a bit more "blue" light as one has asked for it... so his lights will be custom to his preference.
... the rest of the order, will be as I originally posted. Unless, YOU want to change it up for your own coloration!

I got these lights with this last group buy. $225 for exactly what the LED fixtures are described as: 165 Watts or pure awesome LED lighting. Unfortunately I had to postpone building my tank due to unexpected expenses... you all know that happens. I did see them installed at John's place on one of his tanks and they look really good. Great shimmer, looks like they're powerful enough too. You can dim the whites and blues or shut them off separately. I'm no expert, but from my research, I can tell that for that price these are great fixtures. Lots of bang for your buck.

They are as of this AM!!! Took 8 days, from time of order (payment sent) to day of delivery (on my doorstep).

Not too shabby for a custom order, 1 day of burn-in/test, and 3 days of delivery.

... now come GET THEM!!!

finally got mine hung and installed!!! running the whites at about 40% to acclimate, blues at about 45%
8" above the water on a 36" wide tank. I could likely hang them higher and get wider coverage, but this is fine for my needs.

I also decided to use some black decorative chain, which is working out quite nicely.



I know, I know, it's crooked! I've since straigtened it out..
