      Talking Relative Newcomer

Up until recently, I was completely unaware of the SD saltwater tank community. I don't consider myself a hobbyist yet. Started off with my mother giving me a 29g tank and a tomato clown that I didn't really want because I didn't think I would be interested in fish. After a couple months, I was hooked. Upgraded to a 60g long that i have now and seen below. 2 onyx clowns, flasher wrasse, and purple firefish. I only consider myself a dude with a fish tank because my setup is pretty basic, no sump, protein skimmer that hangs off the back and I get my water from a water station and mix the salt myself. I've learned some pretty expensive lessons that probably could have been avoided had I known about this forum earlier. I'm ready to take the step into the hobbyist realm here pretty soon. Looking at 150-180g tank and building it into my wall. I am also stepping into the unknown for me. Sumps, pumps, plumbing and all that, so I will be hitting all you up on here quite often in the near future! Looking forward to it.

      Hey there..
Pretty sweet start off you got there... I've learned some pretty costly lessons myself in the hobby but now I have a very close nitch of friends and reefers to turn to... plenty of great reefers on here so welcome and enjoy the community.

Welcome. If you're looking for a tank still, I have one for sale. 150 gallons with a framed stand. Since you plan having it in wall, there's no need to skin the stand
