Im looking in to getting two of the tunze turbelle nanostream 6015 poweheads for my 25 solana and was wondering if anyone has ever used these and how they liked them. Also would that be too much flow? It would be around 38 times turnover in the dt

Because it's a cube it might be too much flow. When I had my 34g solana I had a single k2 (600gph) along with the return and that was plenty for me.
Hey Stephen im using the JBJ Oceanstream Circulation Pump/Powerhead + Duo Wavemaker Kiton my 40 gal semi cube. Im really liking them. Check out my link.

Heh those would make it 40x turn over rate
And you dont have constant flow, you can set it as low as 10 second pulse....

I was originally going to go with 1 MP10, but was talking to Drew, and he brought these up. I'm very happy with them...

I have been running two on my 24 gal cube for a couple of months. The tank s new so I only hav a CUC and a peppermint shrimp. I thought running 2 would be too much flow as well, but the shrimp swims around at night without any problems. Even when both are on at the same time. The only issue I have is when turned on by the controller (not tunze) they make a loud clicking noise. Other than that you can barely hear them. Also they are very easy to clean and the magnet that holds them to the glass is very strong.
Edit: They are run on 20 minute intervals with a 5 minute overlap.
This right here is my only concern, im looking for something that is going to last in the long term and from what i have been reading no propeller pump will be able to stand up to be cycled like that for any extended length of time. So that clicking that you have worries me
No clicking on the JBJ....

Might be too much flow for a 25. I had that tank for awhile and I only needed a Koralia Nano 425.
I currently have the k nano that is one below that and am just not happy with it. i may go with just one of the tunze pumps to replace my current nano
If you are going to constantly run the nanostream it should be fine. It's the turning off and on that makes it click. And it's not every time that it turns on that it happens.
