Resolution open pending callback from some upper Management from our Host Provider regarding yesterday's outages. At this time they are explaining the problem as a "hung backup process". Which is alarming as no backups should be running during the day or production hours.
Anyway, problem stable for now....Apologies extended from our server host provider.
