      Need a new home!!

      HELP.
I have several nice fish that need a new home quick. I have to fumigate the house next week and have no other options but to sell my livestock.
I have a beautiful Blue Face Angel, Large Heniocous, Lemon Peel Angel, Lawnmower Gobi, and several Clowns.
Let me know if you are interested. I have to have them out by Friday.
Please send me an email if you are interested. I can send you pics.
I am also selling the entire 180 gallon reef set up as well.

FWIW there are many, many threads out there about tenting your tank with plastic drop cloths for house fumigation. My 125 softie/ lps reef did just fine when we had our house tented back in '02 or so.

I'd be interested to know "how"... as I have to tent sometime soon. Damn termites are flying all over yesterday (must be the season!).

Poke around Reef Central, I think that's where I got the most info. Basically you "tent" the tank just like they tent your house making an airtight encloser, I had the plastic duct taped to the floor .

      Cool... I'll search around.
It'd be tough for me, with a sump in another room. But still sounds do-able.

I've also heard of people venting their tank to the outside, beyond the tent itself and pumping air into the tank's "tent". Providing pressure to keep the chemical out of the tank's area. Interesting idea...
