SO WHAT DIED IN YOUR TANK?

I put a battery powered airstone in my tank, hot water in water bottles into my tank. Lion fish dont look good

Nothing died in my tank because I used a turkey baster as a flow/powerhead.Standing for 5 hours next to my tank paid off.

was your tank cooling down that u put hot bottles of watter?. mine kept temperature very stable so i didnt do anything about it, i used the cars jumper with a ac converter to power 2 phs so everything came out good for me

so far nothing...i moved water around with my hand in both tanks...reset some timers...its all good...lucky! i hope all others made through okay

Only thing that died were my plans to start building my stand.

I ran an airdrome and power whisked my water everytime I walked by. Just with my flashlight observance everything seems to look ok. Well see when lights turn on tomorrow. I'm so sorry to anyone that lost something

Powers back on, but lost almost every fish in the 75g, including our school of anthias and prized purple tang. And the astigmata Blenny. Don't see super mystery wrasse. So sad tonight.

sad day here as well...lost my blue tang ..pair of anthia..sixline and a purple fish...the only fish that make it through was my pair of clown.....and all those were my daughter favorite fishies..vary sad

I am so sorry for everyone that lost fish and coral. The tanks in SD were the first think I thought about when my daughter called me. I was so lucky. I live in Murrieta and my power never went out. If it did I would of lost everything. It was 99 here at 4pm and I never could have could have keep my tank cool. So sorry for all the losses.

Sorry to hear about those who lost livestock. I'm just glad I bought that battery back up earlier in the summer for my vortechs. Nothing died in my tank.

Thats with stiring up the water and trying to oxygenate it.

Looks like we'll be getting some Battery operated Air Pumps and more than likely a Generator.

The only thing our son was worried about was our fish.

Unfortunately this will make the upgrade to the 150 a lil easier and sooner perhaps.

All the percs made it so far, but the Platinums have a HUGE case of ich this morning. Don't know if it was just the stress (probably) that brought it out, but they look horrible. So sad...

And to make it worse, every fish I pulled out had died with it's mouth open gasping for air <<sob>>. horrible fish parent.
