shady buyers n sellers

Just want to put it out there..I see allots of great deals and allots of great info in reef tank lover..that's why I like about this sight...all the great peps you meet and how open they are on giving advices and helping hands when you need it for newbie and experience reefer..
but there one or two or three..shady buyers out there...I notice ..specially ..for example..
You see a great deal on a setup or livestocks..etc...then you want to buy it...then you see there this one person in front of you that want the same thing..then he get it first...but it was a fair game..but now you see him buying things from left to right...and you think he really love the hobby..and you notice the stuff he buy is end up on cl for sale at a way different prices he got for it...and using the same line say he is getting out of the hobby and lost his job..and have the Tanks for year and year..but it the same stuff he just got like couple of weeks ago.he go by allots of different names and in similar location.
To me I don't think he in it for the hobby just for the $$$$...and flipping tank is his job..
That just make me sick!
All of us want to see our setup and livestocks go to a good home and to the peps who love this great hobby..

yeah I also saw an add by fishhuy and he claims that he doesn't want people to know his name and this and that...sounds very shady to me...why can't people know your first name?...unless you are doing stuff you shouldn't be doing! I don't care if people buy and resell items...its the nature of the game...just don't be shady

read this one guy ! ! ! buying cheap corals in forums and selling in high prices he even change hes id name here he use to be worldtv something. this guy is a joke bigtime ! ! !

want it all.. this look like an amazing reef... i want all of it...

i can't wait to load it up with coral...if anyone has a sugestion. on how i should stock it or change anything about it . please let me know...



iam breaking down my tank, and i just sold my ati lighting,, soo iam need to sell all my livestock and corals,, if u have a tank that looks empty then definetly come check mine out.. reallyh cool and amazing reef.. make me an offered on all the pieces. or come for small frag here and there.. just pm me and let me know.. i life righ of 805/ la jolla village drive.. then go get some scripps water too... here is the post on craigs list..

I don't want to bash anyone, but i thought this was a little f@*ked up. You may notice a few similarities.

Here is my my for sale post from last night:

I have a "new" 120W (119 1W LED) Panel from Waves in Glass. It has never been used on a tank, turned on about 15 times for demo purposes. Less than 1 hour of total use. It is the 4 color 4 circuit setup with no built-in timer. So there are 4 power cords, each one controls one group of like colored leds. If i recall correctly the leds are 453 nm, 460 nm, 1400K and 1600k. It is in a white metal enclosure.

The light from this thing is pretty incredible, but i am going to go with a DIY led fixture so i can dim the leds and create a sunrise/ sunset effect.

My GF says i need a in my post. So to make her happy

ohh yea almost forgot iam selling mine for 270.. thats about 60 dollars off.the original price,, larry promise to provide up to 3 years of gaurantee on parts and labor and service ,, an i just brought these lights less then 2 months ago..and i have to pay tax and wait over 2 weeks,, soo i figure whoever needs Led can come directly too me and not have to pay that xtra 60 and wait at least 2 weeks,, and that 45 minutes drive to san marco..etc.. iam selling it bcause i am getting out of the hobby,, and i want someone to have a good light for their reef.. amazing light..

It wouldn't have even bothered me, but the person buying my panel called to confirm that the sale was still on because he saw my light re-posted.

I sold my whole set up to this guy. He showed on time. He paid what I asked.... If he decides to re-sell and make some money good for him.

But I do agree he should be honest.
