So in that figure they are saying tunze pumps push abound 2x what they actually say they do? That's a little hard for me to believe as I had a koralia 1050 (1050 gph) side by side with a tunze 6045 (1189 gph) and I was sure the koralia pushed harder.

No, it says that Tunze significantly UNDERperform compared to stated flow rates. Tunze has already made a press release, agreeing with the methodology and findings in that study, and vowed to make good their long-standing claims by improving the pumps so they perform as marketed. Tunze also acknowledged that the testing process they use to rate the pumps is flawed.

Ah ok, I read it backwards. So that means vortech puts out way more than advertised. I had heard that rumor but it's cool that there is an actual study confirming that thought.
