Sorry no standard percentage rate yet on overflows. However, this might help:

The average price for an overflow (regardless of size) is $85 + Drilled Hole ($20). This means, that regardless of the tank you want the average price will be around $105 for the overflow. That rate should be about accurate for all tanks up to 60g.

It will increase from there based on tank size. However, the increase is minimal.

Can you add a 15 on your next order? The website provided gives dimensions for the black trimmed tank as: 24 1/8 x 12 1/2 x 12 3/4. I only have 13" clearance so that is perfect. If you need payment upfront just PM me or email is even better john dot schnepf at gmail dot com.
