      I can drill your tank.

I've drilled tons of different tanks, without any problems. If it's non-tempered glass I can drill it. Just received a new bit so I thought I would post here, incase anybody was in need. $15 a hole. Currently, I can drill for a 1.5in, 1in or 3/4in bulkhead. I don't have a business, I just offer my services to help out other reefers, so there is no guarantees. That means I only have my experience of drilling many tanks and I haven't broken one yet. If, that's a big IF, it does brake I'm not responsible, but you get to keep your $15.

It's hard to get a hold of me on the weekends so text or call if you need to have something drilled.

When requesting a hole, reference the bulkhead size. (1" bulkhead = the use of 1' pvc/tubing)

30mm Glass Drill bit works with our 1/2" ABS Bulkheads.
35mm Glass Drill bit works with our 3/4" ABS Bulkheads.
45mm Glass Drill bit works with our 1" ABS Bulkheads.
60mm Glass Drill bit works with our 1.5" ABS Bulkheads.
75mm Glass Drill bit works with our 2" ABS Bulkheads.

is there any way to drill a tank without breaking down, like draining the water half way and bucketing a few things and then just drilling an overflow and a couple returns???

Drilling a tank that can't be moved is difficult. Because I need to run water over the glass and the drill bit to keep them cool.

$10 a hole is a firm price. These bits are expensive!!! The only reason why I charge money is to buy more bits as they ware out very fast.
If you have your own bit and are uncomfortable drilling, I can drill it for you. No charge, FREE, but you still have to bring the tank to my house.

Ratkiller drilled my tank and did a great job! Now if he could learn how to make an overflow box, he'd be a one stop shop. Sup ratkiller? Can you make an overflow box? LMK. Going to be starting my 150 soon.

Wazzz-up. Thanks for the kind words. Since doing your tank I invested in a mini-drill press. It makes the drilling very smooth and even. But yea, I can do overflows. I did the 2 overflows on my 55g, when I had it. Also did the same 2 o.f. system for a friend of mine. But it's a major pain in the ass, and I'm no pro at it. So I wouldn't want to advertise or charge for something that I'm not completely comfortable with the results. Plus I just loaned out my acrylic strip bender, to find out it has a short. But if someone wants to invest in a strip bender I would be more then happy to help with their project.

I would be interested in that. I think I need 3 holes in my 40g breeder. One drain and 2 returns

Hey what are the chances you can get ahold of a bit for a 1 1/2" drain? I think its a 2 1/2" hole.

I drilled Deboo's tank this weekend. One to except a 1.5in bulkhead and one for a .75 in. As payment he gave me his 60mm drill bit.

So anybody wanting a hole for a 1.5in bulkhead, I can drill it.
