thanks for looking! sorry about some of the blur, ill use a tripod next time...
Nice! I love the little crab
Yep, either use a tripod or bump the ISO (or a lower f stop). I prefer that because I want to catch the fish in motion.
Enjoy your new camera!!
Nice, I love the vanderbilt chromis
Yeah, either a tripod, or a better way to brace yourself.
And just be patient with yourself.
Thanks! I didn't realize that this one didn't go up. I think this one is the least blurry out of the bunch.
You can also get away with less exposure. What kind of camera?
Shot with a canon eos 50d, using a 28-135mm
Go and play with the White balance... it should have some standard settings (Mine as a 10,000K lighting setting... or the usually is a custom setting, which works best... consult your manuall....
Nice pics,
+1 for the tripod... even with your ISO set on automatic your shutter speeds will often be under 1/100th sec. and the magnification of any zoom or macro will MAGNIFY any camera shake or vibration.
and for exposure I set the exposure compensation -2/3 setting generally so the highlights (white or bright areas) don't get blown out. Important if you do not have photo editing software like photoshop etc. (-2/3 would make that monti look much more colorful) More importantly, experiment and see what looks good once it's posted.
