New Livestock and Feedback

Hey San Diego Reefers!

We made a trip up to Los Angeles on Monday. There's lots of great new livestock at the store so come on down and check it out. We got new Zoanthids, LPS, and some softies as well as a whole new batch of fish.

Currently, we are trying to get feedback in order to gauge how to better improve the experience of our customers. We want to know what you guys want and are interested in, This will allow us to better supply you with what you desire at good prices. Even if you don't shop at Pet Kingdom we would love to know what you think of our store and ways we could improve it so that you might start shopping here.

We are looking for real feedback, not only compliments. Let us know via PMs or posts what we can do better or what we're already doing well. All messages will be taken into consideration when we plan for our upgrade, hopefully coming sometime in mid 2011.

Just one note, keep your stock up. Stopped in tonight, store was out of Magnesium tests - only to find out that they are not due till Wednesday.

The last couple of weeks have been difficult to get livestock and we have not had the selection that we want to have available. We went up twice to half empty wholesalers. We have revised our strategy and are looking forward to March being a much better month for us and our customers. We're getting a shipment in tonight and will be getting another one next monday, we should have a bunch of good stuff this week and next.
