Sorry about that. Please do not take the silly words of a few as the general gestalt of the site. As a whole we are actually pretty nice guys. There are exceptions. I apologize for those- ahead of time.

"Fitz, you've pretty much disrespected everyone here by now.
You just have a habit of infecting everything you touch.
Calling our playful posts sad, or names isn't disrespectful?
Did your post add ANYTHING to what was being discussed, or were just being your usual deushbag self?"

If you've been around a while you'd know that is spoken in fitz's own language, not mine, thats what he calls girls often.
Not long ago his avatar was the words, "skank" talkin' about one of them.
Anyway, clearing that up done w/it, back on topic for OP.
I used to get my RO from encinitas trop, I was pretty sure they still have it there, unless that has changed.

She was the helper and provided care advice!! Actually Tank one is an amazing self sustaining unit. The perfect LPS and softy with light bio load.

I would have said that someone was taking extreem care of it except the light algae on the glass. What amazed me is besides PH being a little low 7.8 nitrates were unreadable(two different test kits) and everything else was well within recomendaions. Did a little water change and cant recommend anything else. Nice system.

The other tank did a major wash of all the rock and silt on substrate. needs some good cleanup crew and maybe a tang. nice small tank but tlc needed.. flushed 80% of water with scripps water and time should help.

Was nice meeting you too SG.

the reason there was no nitrates was because of ALL the algae already established on there eating it up.

Wow, big tank looks pretty cool, lots of nice goodies in there.
As for pricing kinda hard to speak for you on that, I sell things like zenia cheap, like $5 for a cluster just to rid it fast.
Hammers we use bone cutters to cut(they're relatively cheap, like $7)
Other stuff just depends on what it is, check for sale forum for something to relate or compare to.
If your T5's are 48" and if they are old I have some extra lamps if you want them, they're current lamps, not the best, but they are brand new, freebies.
They just gave me their new brand of lamps, so I don't need these.
Keep pics coming, maybe start a thread to document.
