See the Port Commissioner of Long Beach made a ruling that no Diesel Rig's made past a certain year, like 98 or something, were not allowed into the port of long beach delivering cargo to the ships because of their gross pollution. Why not create Peter's Law. If you're car can't hang the blast, scrap it!

I used to park at the petsmart and walk through the lot to PK. They built a wall right there separating the 2 lots and can't walk through there anymore. I absolutely hate that parking lot there.
