I was just there about 5 minutes ago. There is a hose connection and 3/4" ball valve. However, when the valve is turned open no water comes out. There is no hose either. I hope we are close to getting this thing turned on.

Are you one of the 3000 gallon truck guys from temecula? i bet scripps would be more apt to be open with donations from the big guzzelers and lfs that sell their sh*t.
