this is a super old thread, but since I recently ran into my old tank builder (from 18-20yrs ago)... his name is Joel, and his biz name is "San Diego Plastic Works".

He's one of the most knowledgeable in plastics, and 18yrs ago built my 260gal tank for me. Today, he's polishing my (new to me) 240 gal and bracing some week or separating joints.
