I have one 175W IceCap ballasts with a Reef Optix I pendant, Iwasaki 15K bulb for only $75 bucks. The bulb is 6 months old, Color is beautiful!
Also have a dual 160W VHO retrofit with Icecap Ballast, 72" two super Actinic bulbs for $50.00

do any of the light can support a 60 gal tank like can i use it for the 60 gal.???
Yes, you can use for a 60, they would be amazing, not as efficient as T5 and they throw more heat, but the color and the shimmer is stunning, and the out of pocket cost is low. The iwasaki bulbs have long life and beautiful color
