LJ here I come!
You are WRONG!!! There will not be a high flow spiggot!!!
The valve that is on there now is all that is going to be on, I've talked with several of the workers who have told me this. They also said that they do not want the big tankers coming down there and about the problems those big trucks have caused. One of them even backed into the fire hydrant right there.
Anyway, NSW is on. Pressure seems really good.

You're both wrong. The copper pipe is the FW feed, and the 2" is the drain for, a drinking fountain. We'll get thirsty waiting for our containers to fill. I think it's very considerate of Scripps. Thank you Scripps!!
Ummm....For the humor impaired, I'm J/K.
Good thing everyone's a plumber and knows what the f they're talking about! Overkill
re: the tanker trucks that fill up there for LFS's...
Does anyone know if the fish stores that sell it treat the water in any additional way (UV, etc...), or do they sell it as is?
...just curious
Shall we count our blessings?
1. I get natural sea water again from a local place free.
2. While I wait for my 100 gallons, I get to watch the waves and the surfers in one of the most beautiful spots in San Diego.
3. My fish and corals are happy, I am happy.
4. Your blessings go here______________________.
Maybe I'll stop by with a cooler full of beer on the weekends and sell it to all who are waiting for their containers to fill so then you can enjoy the surf and sun with a frosty one!!
If am wrong I give you a free eye examination. If you are wrong you come snake my drains.
Went down tonight for a 2nd fill up to find out the water was shut off. What are they doing?
As of 2:30 pm yesterday, 3 construction guys were on site repairing the copper piping (suprise). In addition, the salt water spigot had been removed as they were doing something to it as well. 1 of the workers said that they were trying to have it operational by last night but that it would realistically be back online monday or tuesday.....
