      Well, it's finally happened. I'm sure Will will be happy so that now he can convince me to buy more ridiculous LPS.

      I set up my new 100g bowfront on May 15. Unfortunately, I lost my tangs (PB and purple) and Sargassum trigger in the process.

      Here's the specs:
      100g blue backed acrylic bowfront with center overflow
      Euro-Fil 180 sump
      Lighting: 8x80W T5 pendant (Catalina Aquarium)
      Filtration: EuroReef skimmer
      CPR AquaFuge 2
      Return: Iwaki MD-30RXT
      Chiller: 1/4 HP chiller
      Jasper single-stage calcium reactor
      Aquacontroller 3
      Home-made auto-top off with Kalkstar kalkwasser stirrer
      Vecton 15W UV sterilizer
      Flow: Pacific Coast Enductors, 2xKoralia Evolution 1400, Vortech MP40W Eco-smart
      Eheim automatic feeder

      Fish:
      2 black tank-raised oscellaris (11 yrs old or so)
      Psychedelic mandarin dragonet
      Helfrichi firefish
      Clown tang
      Purple tang
      Powder brown tang
      Regal angel

      Inverts:
      Green bubble-tip anemone (w/pink tips)
      2 fire shrimp
      2 cleaner shrimp
      2 Harlequin shrimp
      Purple and yellow gorgonians
      LPS, SPS and soft corals (pics soon)

      The bulbs are 5' 80W T5s from Catalina Aquarium. There's 3x 420nm, 2x 460nm and 3x 10,000Ks

      So far, I'm happy with the light fixture. I haven't seen what it's going to do to my electric bill yet though. I was happy with my MH from Catalina as well.

      The tank indeed did come from Mark.

      just check tyhe par on those lights. I had the catalina 8x 80 retro and went to different bulbs and it looked a ton brighter. But very nice indeed.
