I wasnt thrilled with oprah narrating, but the BBC version has that british dude narrating so maybe consider buying the BBC version DVDs...

download the BBC version, same narrator as Planet Earth. David attinborough or something like that. Much much better. Also some footage that doesn't air on the Discovery version, for whatever reason.

I like Oprah on this one much more than Sigourney Weaver narrating Planet Earth. I second the vote for Mike Rowe.

I agree. Oprah's voice is ANNOYING. I can't stand it. I tried watching Life, and had to turn it off 10 minutes into the show. So sad, because it looks awesome.
