      its unfortunate and saddening, but this seems to more common than not. Sexual predators need to be monitored way better.

      What makes me angry is the phsycological evaluator of this guy said he was no doubt going to be a repeat offender.
      Also, why did they not check into this guy since he also lived so close to Amber when she went missing?
      Very sad.

      What a shame. Yeah the court systems are a total joke just like the rest of the government, full of sweetheart deals and back ally bribes. He was supposed to get thirty years, then pleaded down to ten, then down to six, and only served 5! I agree child molesters can't be rehabilitated. It's truly unfortunate. Also the state has been trying to release thousands "non-violent" criminals due to the massive deficits they have been running up. Just think of all those violent criminals that also got pled down to non-violent that will be released if the state has it's way. Sorry had to vent. I wish the absolute best to the family and friends.
