I think these are more Peter's style
Or just splurge and get some Latz...
All this talk of clownfish are making me wanna dump my onyx clowns and get some serious ones.
Latz have definitely crossed my mind... just for a different color scheme than all my other ones.... Or something like those Sunkist skunks.

Is the magnifica still doing well Peter?
It's OK... looks a bit bleached.... the tank is a swamp All the death and decay I let happen in the trash can on my balcony clearly absorbed into the rocks. Time for lots of snails, and patience.

Were you cooking your live rock to remove phosphates?
No, not really. I just tossed everything in a trash can on the balcony, added a power head, and covered it. So I pretty much did the opposite... I let everything soak into the rock
Anywho, things are looking better. Lots of snails, and frequent GFO exchanges are making it look more like reef, than swamp.

I'll get some pics up shortly. I'm happy to report that with a bunch of snails, some GFO, and some patience, the swamp is gone, and it looks like a reef again. Now to get some corals going...
