Peter, When you are ready, hit me up for what you would like from my tank. My branching cyphastrea is big enough to frag, so if you lost that piece it is waiting for you. Kryptonite's are always bangin' as well, and anything else you can think of that I have is yours.

Thanks buddy! Now that the FO is done, and the old 110g sold, I can focus on the reef. New skimmer is already purchased.... just need to have a new sump made.

OK, the reef revamp has begun. First thing I did was gut stand. Beckett skimmer - GONE! High pressure feed pump - GONE! External return pump - GONE!

Temporarily a simple 40g will be used for a sump. No baffles, but I have an osmolator, so I can keep water level consistent. Plus this crazy skimmer shoots out virtually zero microbubbles! Tunze internal return pump. Ahhh, I love how quite the tank is now!

Next weekend I gut the canopy. Replace or remove anything with even a speck of rust on it.

Eventually I will put the calcium reactor back online, and the little phosban reactor for carbon. I don't think I'm going to put the chiller back, since switching to such efficient low wattage pumps.

I really like my skimmer from nano reef systems on my Solana.

The tank is empty. The rock is all cooking in a trash can on the balcony (pee-ew! Sorry neighbors ).

Chris is putting together a quote for all the replumbing/new sump. Just ordered a new return pump and replacement light bulbs (yes, I'm sticking with my MH for now).

The tank is running with fresh water now to thoroughly clean it out. It will go through a couple drains, fills, then get new salt water once the new plumbing is done. This weekend I replace all the rusty hinges in the canopy.

Redid some of the rock structure, AGAIN, for like the 4th time this week, in the reef. I think I'm finally happy with it. Put the two small Tunzes in the back, blowing down behind the rocks. Set-up the Vertex skimmer.... finally figured out what was wrong with it. Why don't skimmer manufacturers make their air silencers openable/serviceable? Tunze Osmolator is set up as well. New sump and plumbing all done. Probably won't set up the ca reactor for a while.

Still need to put the two Vortechs back on. And then I need to add sand this weekend. If the stainless steel hooks get here today, I'll be able to mount the lights and get the completely cleaned and gutted canopy back on the tank this weekend, and maybe even add a tester coral or two
