I grew up in Kauai, Hawaii and have always had a fascination with the ocean. My parents and I walked the gorgeous beaches every single night and I always have fond memories of my mom and dad holding my hands and calling me their princess. When I was in jr high school, my dad and I started a 120 reef tank at home and it was amazing but no where close to the ocean which was in back yard. I started snorkeling and diving by the time I was 17 and was always obsessed with the creatures and life in the ocean. By 2011 when I graduated hs, I was known as The Class of 2011's Reef Princess....

I like that story! I have family in Hawaii. It's one of my favorite places to visit!


As for my screen name: it's kind of a reflection of my personality. Low-key, don't mind staying under the radar, don't really like lots of attention and just someone else on SD reefs.

I am always signed on when I use this computer, and that is very good because I can't remember my passwordalthough I did write it down somewhere? I have collected so darn many passwords, and at work I have to change them (yes, many more than one!) every 60 daze! BIG Pet peeve. I had the same password at work for 10+ years w/o any trouble. ("Albatross") Same one they issued me when they launched our IT department oversight.
