Sick pics Ed!! Amazing photography!
How do you take such nice pics in the low light. What camera, lens, settings, etc are you using? Do you use a tripod or is the camera handheld.I've tried taking shots in the blue and they are always blurry. I have a nikon d50 with the stock lens. No macro lens yet?
Beautiful shots by the way!
Hi Mark, these are all taken with my Rebel XT and Sigma EX/DG 105mm Macro lens. Most are at ISO 1600, f7.1 with a super slow shutter (under 10). I didn't use a tripod here, but the lens was resting on the glass. I need to get a remote. HTH, thanks for the compliment
Ed, you're gonna have to give me some lessons on shooting tanks! i usually just use the auto setting for pics. I don't even know how to use all that other stuff. Time to learn i guess. BTW what is HTH stand for?
LOL, I'll be happy to give you tips if I can sometime. HTH=hope this helps
Awesomely clean files for ISO1600!Originally Posted by barometer
