I think you have to set your white balance. I dont know if your camera will allow you to do that. Any SLR will, do have an SLR?

F32....wow. I never really go that far up. For group shots or full coral shots I usually sta around F/9-F11. 1st of, your white balance is definately off. Try shooting in raw and adjust it with a program like adobe lightroom. Also what kind of lense are you using?

Looks like you got lens flair, too. if it's not flair, then the jpg settings you have may be out of wack. Outside of that, there are a couple other possibilites, but looks like flair to me.'
Alsofor best results, f-stop should normally not to smaller than 16. 22 at the smallest. at 22 and 32, (even 64 for some lenses) you lose a lot of clarity and sharpness.

I think your lighting is too bright for your settings. even with the aperture closed down to 32 it's still probably getting over exposed. Your ISO is probably too high and your shutter speed too fast. try setting your ISO down to 1/8 of whatever it is now. Even better, switch to manual mode and experiment.
