      Gardening guru's out there?

OK, got the bug to do some veggie gardening last year, and so far real cool, cept some of my stuff is flowering, so I guess no longer producing.
This is mainly cold climate things, my broccoli, lettuce, chives, cilantro, cauliflower.
So, question is, do I pull entire plant?
      Seems shame, some are huge.
Or can I cut back and hope it stays for next year?

bring it indoors and set up a hydroponics system, you can have fresh veggies year round. I can get you started on the setup in an afternoon.

Well, taking advantage/making use of a dirt area about 24x14 for lots of veggies, plus free sunlight.
I'm really liking the outdoor garden thing, plus I'm eating way healthier.
I'm burning plenty of juice running tanks, don't want hydroponics, plus my place is too small to do that.
