Only if you promise to give me my lunchbox back! I guess it wouldn't be a bad idea to see if admin can make me a couple sticky's for rules and a running list of all those people who have volunteered to do a demo!!!!! See folks, getting a vendor to come and speak is a PITA. I am the last person who is gonna tell anyone how great their product is and kiss their a$$ to come and speak. That may be how some people do it, not my style. You wanna learn about it, find me someone who can do a demo and I will take it from there.

Actually getting vendors to speak at meetings is easy. They normally want to share their product or service because, after all, they don't make money if they don't sell anything. Demos are great, but how many times do we need to see a demo on drilling rock for acrylic rods? Maybe once a year or so to show the new guys? I always felt one of the strong points to the SBRS meetings was the frag tank. SOmetimes it was a little light, but usually there were lots of frags and plenty of trading going on. Lots of great conversation too.

I agree Dave. the frag tank was a big plus IMO. I really liked seeing what other people had brought and it was always fun to have a bunch of people yapping about our crazy hobby.

I allready have it. Getting vendors to speak may be easy Dave, but I just don't have the time or the patience for these people. I tried with current usa and what a jackoff! He never once returned any of Jojo's calls. The lack of consistency with vendors is a little bit tiresome as well. I am going to get a date and time set for a meeting this weekend. I have a location just need to confirm it!
